Grupo Aval reminds its shareholders that according to the Profit Distribution approved at the Shareholders' Meeting held on March 28, 2025, dividend payments between April 2025 and March 2026 are not taxed for shareholders and are subject to the applicable withholding tax in accordance with the Colombian Tax Code.
