Grupo Aval reminds its shareholders that according to the Profit Distribution approved at the Shareholders' Meeting held on March 20, 2024, dividend payments between April 2024 and March 2025 are not taxed for shareholders and are subject to the applicable withholding tax in accordance with the Colombian Tax Code.
