Grupo Aval reminds its shareholders that according to the Profit Distribution approved at the Shareholders' Meeting held on March 27, 2026, dividend payments between April 2026 and March 2027 are not taxed for shareholders and are subject to the applicable withholding tax in accordance with the Colombian Tax Code.
